Al Foxx

Al Foxx is the Founder and President of Winners Don't Quit Association. It is the mission of WDQA to promote disability awareness that counters the myths concerning those who have disabilities and to encourage people with or without disabilities to make WINNING choices regardless of their circumstances.

The motorcycle crash that left Mr. Foxx brain damaged and partially paralyzed, launched him on a painfully slow, but rewarding rehabilitation journey that trained him to be an understanding and enthusiastic spokesperson and professional speaker on the topics of Disabilities and Winners Don't Quit.

Your talk was informative, humorous, emotional, and most of all helped send the message that having a disability is just a minor obstacle toward leading a productive life.

All of the attendees gained a better understanding of how to approach and treat people with disabilities; as well an outline for goal setting that can be applied to any one, whether or not they have a disability.

No Limits by Al Foxx

During a time in my life when I truly didn’t think there was anything I could do to make things better, reading this book gave me ideas for what I could do.   Things DID get better.  What a relief.

When I suffered an event in my life that made me dive into depression like no other, I was lucky enough to read a copy of No Limits.  Wow! It completely  brought me out of the depression and gave me the “Just hang on” attitude I really needed.

No Limits is an autobiography of Al Foxx’s rehabilitation journey and how that journey impacts his perception of challenges, of other people, and of life in general. This book is a must read for anyone who faces seemingly insurmountable obstacles or who wants a glimpse into the world of someone who functions with a disability.
